Home Learning Week Beginning 4th May

Summer Week 3 Home Learning

Hello all, we hope you've had a good week and that you are safe and well.

This week we've planned for four days of learning, with a SPAG, English, Maths and a continuation of our Topic activities. Friday, as I'm sure you are aware, marks the 75th anniversary of VE Day. This was a planned bank holiday, so take some time on Friday to rest and reflect. We've attached some ideas for ways you could celebrate the occasion at home.

If you're starting to find home learning an increasing challenge, please know you're not alone. We appreciate that teaching at home will be hard at times, particularly for those of you managing learning for multiple age groups! Please know that our main concern is that you are safe and well. It is ok to let your children play! If they've managed a bit of reading, or a bit of maths and they go to bed with a smile on their face, then you have succeeded. We are not expecting all of the activities we've suggested to be completed, they are simply there for your use should you wish to use them.

We're always on the end of an email should you need any help or advice.

Take care, and we hope you enjoy the VE celebrations on Friday.
