Home Learning Activities Week Beginning 8th June
Hello Blackbirds and Starlings!
It was lovely to see some of you last week but we are also SO happy to hear from you via email and see what you have been up to at home. Please do keep the emails coming and send in any photos or examples of work you have. Keep logging into Pearsons Active Learn too as our wonderful TAs are now taking a lead on changing the books regularly for you from home.
This week we continue our journey along the rainbow to ORANGE with the lovely text 'It's An Orange Aardvark'. It's a funny story but also carries a hidden meaning about being cautious and aware of risks. Very appropriate at this time and it links nicely with our value of 'safety' this half term. The planning follows the same format as last week with any children in school carrying out the home learning tasks for that day plus a written task (which you are welcome to do at home should you choose - details on the top of the plan).
With the sun fading a little, we hope that our 'orange' week brings you plenty of bright and happy moments.
Take care and stay safe.
Mrs Pinkerton and Miss Smith.

This book is one of our favourite books about the dangers of waste in our seas and how we can reuse and recycle our rubbish to avoid it ending up in the oceans.
