Bridgetown Primary School

Ready, Respectful, Safe

Week Beginning 13.7.20

We have made it to the end of term! Well done for all your hard work and motivation, we are very proud of you and are really going to miss teaching you next year.

A message from from your Year Six teachers:

Hello Herons and Swans,

We hope that you are all well and after a very different time at school you are now looking forward to the summer holidays where hopefully you can get out more, enjoy the sunshine and maybe even go away on holiday.  We are certainly ready for a holiday too!

So that you can get to know us a little bit more we have attached 'Hello from Mrs Swanwick' and 'Hello from Mrs Milward'.  We are getting to know each other too as so far all our get togethers have been via Zoom or across the school fence - we're planning to get together properly in the summer hols.

As well as getting to know each other we would like to get to know you.  Please either complete the 'Hello from me' or if you would like to, and going into Year 6 you will be more independent, you can create your own page - no powerpoints please.   If you can then send them to us electronically via Year6pbs by next Friday we can then put them up in the classroom ready for September and also to use to find out about you. If you can't do this electronically, don't worry. just bring your written 'All about me' back to school in September.

Have a lovely summer and we look forward to seeing you on Wednesday 2nd September.

Mrs Swanwick and Mrs Milward
