Two children from the class recently attended a Youth Festival tour and have written the following reports!

I went to Butlins in Bognor Regis to play football in a national football tournament.  I went to play for Stratford Town Colts under 8's.  I stayed at a hotel with my mummy and daddy and my room had bunk beds and I slept on the top bunk. 

We played five games in total against teams from all over the country.  We drew the first game, lost three and won our last game 8-0.  I scored a hat-trick (three) in the last game and my parents were jumping in the air with joy.  Afterwards we had our photo taken and my dad bought me a Man Utd signed picture for scoring a hat-trick.

At Butlins there was a swimming pool with slides and water shoots which were very fast.  Outside there was a fun fair with go karts which I went on with my dad and we won a race. 

On Sunday we went to our presentation where we were presented a trophy by a football player called Danny Murphy who used to play for Liverpool.  On Monday we went back to the fair to play more games and then we travelled home.

We came to Butlins.  We stayed in a hotel the hotel was very white.  We did some National football tournaments.  We arrived in the afternoon on Friday.  The bedrooms were very nice.  The tent was a swimming pool not a basic tent a very big one with games in it.

The National Football Tournament went quite good.  We did come 3rd and we lost a few the last match we won 8 - 0. 

After that me and my mum had a relax in our room in the hotel.  We went to a fair and me and my mum felt sick when we were finished.

We travelled back home.
