We regularly invite parents to contribute their ideas to working groups. This year we have a group reviewing our sex and relationships policy and our behaviour policy. Information about these is sent in our fortnightly newsletters.

Pupil voice is key to the development of our school. The school governors and leadership team think the views are important.

Usually once a fortnight for 30-40 minutes.
How do we find out what happened?
We will update all children and parents in assemblies and newsletters on outcomes of school council meetings, decisions made and actions taken.

Kirsty, our kitchen chef from Class Catering, cooked us items from the new menu for us to sample and comment on. Most of the food was given ten out of ten however there were some small alterations we shared that would make the food even better. The council felt that they could recommend the new menu to their classes. They particularly like the bacon, chicken and cheese pasta bake!
